DRIVING ME MAD...IT STARTED WITH MY LAPTOP STATING CONNECTED WITH LIMITED ACCCESS ON MY WIFI ..ALL OTHER LAPTOPS IN HOUSE CONNECT OK.. ITS NOT THE WIFI CARD .. AND NO VIRUSES... WAS GETTING IT FORMATTED BUT THE GUY CANT ACCESS C OR D DRIVES HE CAN SEE THEM BUT CANT GET IN THEM ,...............WHY ..OH AND ITS DELL LAPTOP ON VISTA

he can see them when he tries to reinstall Vista?
or did he connect the drive to another computer and cannot access the folders?

when you turn on the laptop does it boot? How far does it boot?

can you tell us what model Dell laptop you have?

what router are you using?
what type of wireless mode is setup on the router? WEP, WPA, WPA2?
