Hi, looking at picking up an aftermarket cooler to overclock my i5 750, on a gigabyte ud4p board with a coolermaster 690 case.
Like the looks of the noctua u12p SE2 but I just don't know if it fits with both;

- the motherboard

- the case (with/without side intake fan)


Also, are there any other options that are for about the same price, that are either as quiet or quieter than the noctua? Not going to OC too much, somewhere in the range of 3.6-4.0ghz.
