Is there a replacement burner for my Toshiba A-45-s120?

DVD burners are practically the same nowadays; unless you get a lemon you probably won't experience any problems in terms of compatibility and the like. Just look for a replacement drive that's designed to fit into a laptop's drive slot. That form factor is also pretty standard.
