Asus crosshair III formula + Phenom X4 955 BE + what cooler

Planning to overclock so monster cooler needed.

All four ddr3 slots on the mbo will get used and they re a little to close to the CPU and this might be a problem.

What do you people use with your crosshair 3 F? Room problems? works with all 4 ddr3 slots filled?

any additional info is welcome
