My laptop was connection to my wireless router just fine, then one day as I was online, it stopped connecting. Occassionally the other networks in the area including mine will show up in network connections, but most of the time is says there aren't any in range. The router is working and on, I can connect with my phone just fine!
My laptop is a pc running windows xp, I also have a mac that will see the my network however it won't connect when I type in the password! Help!

When I click on the network it asks me to enter the web key. I can't get the web key unless I install the netgear cd. I am thinking of just re-installing the router but I can't figure out how to uninstall it first. I was also told to try and reset the password...

Get a paper clip. Push the reset button in back of the route for 10 sends while it is on and let go. The lights will blink, it will re-boot and start up with no protection on the WiFi (open access). Access it with your computer and set it up as desired.
