Hard Drive Corrupt

I have a computer that has an SSD hardrive and i recently added a HDD 1 tb harcdrive i added it because of space problems but i cannot accses it without it bringing up an error that says the files in it are coprrupt ( i get into it after tinkiering but then after a day or two the error will pop up again and i dont want to have to fix it every time0 any clues on how to fix??

First check your RAM with Memtest86+ (found on any Ubuntu cd also). If your RAM is faulty, it could mean data corruption as well.

assume u got a reliable psu, since u got an ssd... a simple thing like bad cable could be it. use a hard drive smart tool to check the overall status. a few free SMART tools:
