8x link speed

my mobo is a sli mobo but in gpu-z it shows pci express at 8x link speed. is that going to cause a performance decrease for my GTX 260 core 216? my pc specs are in the sig.

does anyone know if that is a "bottleneck" to my gpu? its a PCI-E x16@8x is what gpu-z shows. am i limiting my GTX 260 core 216?
