Hey guys

I'm running an i7 920 at 3.8ghz with a mugen 2 and ocz 6gb 1600mhz ddr3.

I have the windows 64, prime95, v25.8 build 4.

I have two questions. The first is should I be running more than one instance of prime95? Currently, with running only one my windows task manager says 100% of the cpu is working and the temperature at all 4 of the cores have increased from 34 to around 55. 55 for load seems a bit low so I was wondering whether they are being stressed enough or I need to run more instances (which I don't know how to do by the way).

Second question is which tests should I run and for how long?

Currently I'm running the large FFT test that stresses the cpu but I have no idea how long it takes or how long i'm supposed to let it run.

Any help is appreciated.

Run blend small fft's for about 8-12 hours or if you want to be positive then 24
