Cmd not working windows XP

hi,
I was trying to hack my adminstrator password.the procedure failed and now im unable to open cmd.please help me.

you were trying to hack the administrator password? don't do that.
one of the easiest ways is to use an XP installation disk to do the repair install, which does not erase your files. the directions are posted in this forum, sixth post from the top.
