Hey guys, thanks for hearing me out

I'm having trouble formatting a pendrive I bought a week ago...I've tried basically everything, when I try to format with windows it tells me that "Windows was unable to complete the format" and when I try through command prompt this is what I see:
*
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

"""""C:\Users\Nikolas>format j:
Insert new disk for drive J:
and press ENTER when ready...
The type of the file system is RAW.
The new file system is FAT.
Verifying 0M
The specified cluster size is too big for FAT.

"""""

Is the Pen Drive dead? Is there any way to make this work again?

I tried lots of programs to try to format it , even the Low Level Formation or whatever.

Do you have any suggestions? Please post here and help me , I really need the USB Flash Drive :(
