Having to hold my mouse down a second for it to work\

I'm having to hold the button down on my mouse for a second so it won't act crazy ! If I don't,it will delete a couple emails at a time when I only was deleting one; if I don't do this it also will open a couple of links at same time and so on .. really giving me a fit !! HELP !!

Just make sure u don't have stuck any button on the keyboard. Anyway, if u restart, it comes back?

Is it USB mouse? What model?

sounds like you need a new mouse.

It does not do any good to restart; it is a usb and I have cleaned it;re-set the options,etc. no stuck buttons; maybe I do need a new one :-( thanks for the replies,it is appreciated

What model??? Also, are u using any software to set the mouse or just win7?

Thanks to all .. now have my mouse working much better ! Will get a new one,but for now the old one is doing ok ... just for the record: I HATE win 7 !!!
