I have never overclocked b4 so don't be mad if im slow :/

i want to oc my cpu AMD 64x2 4400+ 2.33ghz
i want to oc it to about 2.8-3.0 if possible

i know how to get to the bios but i don't know what to put in the values
my rig have good ventilation and has fans in the back/side

other information
300 watt psu
9800gt 512mb ecointelligent
3gb ram

^The first link from Google explains quite a bit. Read the ton of AMD OCing guides found on the net. We are sick of spoon feeding people like you.
