i want to buy a HD103SJ tomorrow
but just figured out dell e520 is not sata2-compatible..

can someone tell how to make the hd work with my pc step by step
(jumper, bla bla bla)

Solution
Where did you see it's not compatible? If the comp already has SATA drives in it then the new one will work just fine. If the comp is only SATA 1 you will just miss out on the SATA 2 features which I doubt you will miss at all.
The drive will work. There are no jumpers on SATA drives other than some of the older ones that had a jumper for SATA 1 - SATA 2 operation.
