Hi,

I ran Vantage before, when everything was at stock (E8400@3Ghz,BFG 8800GT OC), I obtained...

P6192, GPU: 4959 and CPU: 24325

Then after OCing the E8400 to 3.6Ghz and OCing the 8800GT to
732/1712/995

my vantage score only went up to P6972, GPU: 5600, CPU: 26312

It seems my CPU overclock result is fine, but the GPU should be more right??

I heard I should be getting around P8-9K with my set up,

Also, the Performance setting on vantage is a low resolution yet when I see the test its in the full 1680x1050?

Thanks
Dan

Yes it will do, im not an expert in this area but have dabbled a bit and i beleive that you should have it turned off if you are overclocking. My Asrock motherboard decided to turn it off itself :)

Ok turned off C1E and SpeedStep, score improved by 20 lol.

Im still convinced my GPU isnt working properly, 5600 is nothing when overclocked.

if i am not mistaken C1E and EIST have the same functionality, but EIST has more option; however, I donno which 1 override other. If anyone could clarify that would be really helpful. ^.^
