New Motherboard Help i think!

So i bought a new 8800gt oc bfg from nvidia and everyything works fine and dandy. just when i run the 3dbenchmark test my game performace is very good FPS but the CPU performance gets like 20fps for the 2nd test.. what's up with this i dont understand why its so low? is it my motherboard or processor? I have:

AMD Athlon 4400+ 2.3Ghz dual Core Processor- test results for benchmark? any1 help me or point me towards a better thing i need to get my CPU performance up? thanks

What is your final score breakdown? When running 3DMark06 CPU tests, it is normal to have VERY low framerates.
