does vista have this motherboard's drivers in it already? i need to know this because i would like to reformat but im worried....

Vista should find every driver. If you're worried or don't have the motherboard driver cd, I would download the vista drivers off ecs' website and burn them to a cd before installing vista.

ok but which ones? there is a few drivers and i know i need the bios but what about the others?

The drivers should be marked for vista. The lan driver is the most important; once the lan port is working, you can download the rest of the drivers off microsoft's website. But I don't think vista will have any problems finding the drivers. I've only had problems with me asock p45 and g43 boards; both were produced after vista came out.

ok thanks....so just to be 100% sure, should i just download the lan drivers to my psp in case of issues then just download drivers?

If you're this worried, why not buy another hardrive for vista only. Save your old hardrive for a spare. I don't know if you have to save any files; as long as your memory is running well, you should have no problems installing vista.
