Has anyone found any DDR3 non-ECC UDIMMs with on-DIMM temp sensors (integrated with the SPD EEPROM)? I've found some from Micron, but only with ECC, and I don't know if my motherboard will work with ECC DIMMs.

Well, good news!

First, Kingston also offers some DDR3 DIMMs with temp sensors.

Second, the motherboard works just fine with ECC DIMMs.
