Ill be building my first system in a few weeks. I spent $3500(10 months ago) on a custom workstation from a local Computer shop, Ill never do that again. Ive never been happy with the workstation. But Im needing game system now(working to hard and the wife says I need some me time)....

Im looking at AMD, Ive had enough BS from the Intel side to almost never go back to Intel.
And my brother in-law said he has had good luck with AMD/Gigabyte.

I dont want on-board video(more to go wrong). I wont be OC'ing and need the system to be 100% stable.

Vista Biz_32bit(Ive had too much BS with 64bit)
Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3P
Kingston KVR800D2N6K2/4G

(four from the bottom) I need somthing stable and that works with the mobo.
Phenom 9850
WD Black (32mb cache) 1TB hdd
EVGA GTX 260(216) will not SLI

Ill also be using the system for Photoshop but mostly games. And I have an NEC 2490, so Im guessing this setup will do well on 1920x1200 for games and movies?

Will a Thermalright True Ultra-120 fit this mobo????

thanks,
