Yup. That little, very hard to find disclaimer can make your happy $618 Core i7 965 purchase turn into a $1k or more Core i7 965, which could make it into an unhappy purchase quickly.
But if you call, and get a confirmation of the price listed, you could be happy with super priced Core i7 965.
