Ok, I have a LIAN LI PC-P80 (black, not the crazy expensive one) with a MSI X58 Eclipse SLI LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard. Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1366 Quad-Core Processor and Patriot Viper 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) DesktopMemory. I had a good year so I sold my other 2 comp. and started new. (wasn't paying attention to price and well this is all I got right now.) Anyways, so I wanted to put http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817814012 ABS Tagan BZ Series BZ1100 1100W but I have only swapped psu's never bought new one for new case. Will this fit ? I intend to put some good video cards in. Also, any suggestions for video cards?

Yeah it will. Tagan seems to be a solid PSU - my previous PSU was a Tagan BZ700. The only problem is that it buzzed during idle... RMA'ed it and still the new one does the same... :( couldn't be bothered with it. Still working fine.

VDO card - 4870 or 4870x2 for the ATI path... and the 260 or 280 for the Nvidia path.
