AMD Phenom 9550 Quad Core Temperature

What is a good temperature for a phenom 9550? Mine idles at around 42*C is this dangerous? I have tried researching but cannot find any good information.

Myne idles at 43-45 and max load it can reach 59-60 , 3 120mm fans, 120$ Ultra cooler with heatsink, forgot the model was one i picked up from compusa. from what i know the quad core amds are safe in the 40-60 range i am almost sure 70 will start doing damage to the processor.
