hi here are my specs:

Intel® Core™2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz LGA775 Processor
GigaByte P45 Chipset PCI-E Mainboard
2GB PC1333 DDR3/10666 Memory
2 x Radeon HD4850 512MB 16X Video
20X DVD Rewritable Drive
1TB (1TBx1) SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
Microsoft® Windows Vista™ Ultimate w/ Service Pack 1 (32-bit Edition)

How many power supply watts do u recommend for this setup? Running on highest settings on video cards 1900X1200. 8X anti-liasing and 16X anistropic, ect on any game if possible? while running multiple background programs of any kind.

I'd get either the PC P&C 750 or the Corsair 750 (basically the same).

Power draw for your rig is around 400 watts - take the PSU effeciency factor, and it will be using around 350+ at load. I'm running the same rig as you with 4HDD on a 550 Corsair.

Oh cuz i currently have 680watts and for some reason my games crash on high settings? I tried everything to try to solve but still have no idea. Maybe cards are getting to hot. I have intercooler in system and a good size fan. I already did virus scan, installed/uninstalled drivers.8.6 to 8.11. still no luck! command line interface error sometimes pop up at startup?. Any Ideas???

Here is a link to a psu power calculator:

You can fill in the blanks with information about your pc and get a rough estimate of how much power you might need.
