seems like pretty small upgrades without much actual benefits. Is your old system having any problems ?

^+1.

Getting 2*2GB (+ the old 2*1GB) on Vista x64 would help. Don't upgrade unless you have to.

Well the reason im asking is because I've looked my setup on 3dmark 06 scores and its almost 14000 lower then the setup i listed which seems like a very significant difference to me.

^ Don't base it just on scores. Base it on if you can play the games you want to or not.

Well I've been playing mostly TF2 and WoW recently which im definently overkill for.

But when i tried Crysis i could only do maybe low mediums on 1280x1024 which isnt how I like.

And Warhammer Is coming soon and since it will have some 150+ people on screen at once I know my current rig cant handle that without getting 5 fps out of it.

^ Nothing can really play Crysis at really high res.

Imo, upgrade CPU + motherboard first and then decide on the GPU upgrade if you MUST upgrade.

My recommendations:
E8400 (OCed to 3.6Ghz+)
P45-DS3L
