I firmly believe now, that those in charge at the FCC have no clue how
radio works. I can't believe that the entire RF spectrum up to the low
VHF frequencies are being sacrificed, and particularly championed by the
FCC Chairman, for the sake of high speed internet.

Let's clarify how the FCC can misuse the word "unintentionally":

If an FCC commissioner were to open a can of spaghetti sauce, pour it in the
middle of my desk and then slam the palm of his hand down in the sauce, he
would
"unintentionally" get spaghetti sauce all over my suit.

This is your FCC at work; it's not pretty.
