Status folder on my computer

window opens up saying path 1 cannot be found. verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try find the installation package 'status msi' in a folder from which you can install the product status.
it does not go away by cancelling,closing ,deleting or escaping and keeps trying to install, and the error message keeps popping up. how do i resolve this issue

Can you get a screen shot? Also is this hp software I have seen that issue alot with hp software. Just rip the whole program with somthing like revo uninstaller
