Converting from RAID to ide

Mirrored or striped? I am going to assume that the HDD's Are ide drives than or do you want to run them in ide mode?

i believe it is mirrored and i just want to run it in ide mode. it has a scsi card in it.

Well You could just break the raid if it is indeed mirrored. IF they are scsi drives you are still going to have to use that card to detect them unless your mobo supports SCSI. Alternatively and probably the safest options is to clone the raid to a sing drive.
