Hey all,

Ok now I have 2 of these cards:

http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=130&cat2_no=137&prod_no=1662

..and I want to OC them.

Now for the GPU drivers, I had the option of the CD that came with the cards which is this :

http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=130&prod_no=1662 (the latest one)

..or the CCC from the ATI site.
I decided to go for MSI first.

As for the OC part, I installed MSI AfterBurner cause I never managed to install Rivatuner on XP x64.
So anyway, the problem with MSI as of now is that it detects my first card as GPU2 and vice versa.

Any suggestions ?

Always use the newest drivers....never the ones from the CD. These are weak cards even in Crossfire and im not sure you are going to get much of an overclock out of them. The problem might be XP x64.........it has always had really bad driver support.

OK, I guess Ill dl the CCC from the ATI site.

In CCC I saw that these cares can go upto 750/1200 and I've done quite a lot of research in crossfire they match up to the 4870.

I got these cards cause I got them for dirt cheap.
