Biostar TF720a wont boot farther than MEMcheck screen?

I bought the Biostar TF720A2+ and I installed it booted up and downloaded drivers, then rebooted for drivers to take effect, when i did this i also Entered BIOS to adjust RAM. Then exited bios. It went To this blue screen called MEMCHECK and it took forever to complete, when it was done it said press ESC to reboot, that being my only option i tried it and it ended up back on the same screen, i tried it serveral more times with the same result. What do I do?
