I have a XP Pro system with a Apache webserver and a WRT54GS running DD-WRT firmware. I have the wired connection staticed to .107 with ports 80 and 3389 both TCP forwarded. my TSWEB folder is under my Apache server and I can view the default.htm but when I try to connect to that server remotely it says their are too many connections or its not configured

I am guessing you are running Apache on Windows box?

To do Remote Desktop connection, you have to enable it in your Windows box. Otherwise, you'll have connection refuse error. Google on how to do it.
