Clock speed and performance

I've got a HP Compaq 6510b Laptop with the following specs (as shown in belarc advisor):

My question is about the bus clock being at 200mhz. On the hp website it says that the FSB for this board is 800mhz. So what am I actually running? Can anyone explain?
