I have ASUS P5E-VM HDMI Motherboard with Core 2 Quad Q9400 Processor.
I have 4*1000 GB hard disk.Initially i intalled 2*2GB PC2 5300 RAM.
Then I upgraded the RAM with 2*2GB PC2 6400. Now at startup a message
saying "Overclocking failed" appeares and gives two options

(a). Press F1 to run setup
(b). Press F2 to load defaults.

When i pressed F2 then system Initialises and works for about 1 hour (sometimes 1/2 an hour )
and then freezes and nothing works. And then when i restare the computer by pressing restart button
nothing appears on the screen and i have to unplug the power and replug and then start again.

Also when i restart using start Menu again nothing appears.
