Whats the best mobo for OC athlonxp cpus

I have an AMD Athlon XP 2500+ and I want a mobo that will give me extreme overclocking capabilities including adjustable FSB/DDR ratio, Fixed AGP/PCI frequencies. Also SATA support with the ability to boot from SATA. What would be the best mobo to get?

The 2500+ is not an extreme OC'ing CPU so buy a board that fits your needs, not one that can get you the max overclock since most AM2/AM2+ boards will give you more or less the same outcome using that CPU.
