animation build check (will this build work?)

new to building computers but eager to try and looking for advise.

I've got this build in mind for 2D, and 3D animation and graphics manipulation planning on eventually upgrading to a workstation card and full ram but for now this is what I'm wanting to start out with

intel i7 2.6 Ghz
MSI x58 Platinum
6G corsair xms3 (DDR3 1333)
EVGA GeFORCE 9600 (1G, 256-bit GDDR3)
WD 500GB HD
HEC ZEPHYR 750W
Samsung SH-S223Q optical drive

all in a Cooler Master Centurion 5.

with either 1 24" monitor or 2 22" depending on how sassy I feel when I pick up my monitor.

I'm curious as to wether or not the included 80mm front fan on that case can be replaced by a 120mm?

another option would be a a dual processor server type deal, but I'm a little unclear on how the setup for all that works
