I have a workgroup at the office( 1 server, 2 clients)using Vista and a similar workgroup at home using same business software on XP Pro. I want to connect the 2 workgroups and use only the server from home. What should I do?

Some people uses Hamachi VPN service. It may not work for you. In that case, you need to set up (IPSec) VPN concentrator in the network where the server is located.
