Nvidia - Managing 3D Settings

I have a BFG Tech GTX260 and I was wondering what settings people set their 3D settings to in the Nvidia Control Panel.

You know, right click desktop, then go to Nvidia Control Panel, then Manage 3D settings in the left column..

There is a decent amount of choices in there and I'm wondering what I should set them to for the best blend of performance and visual effects while playing COD4 and COD5.

Right now I just use the 'auto' settings on 'quality'.

Well, if you dont want to change all values yourself you should be setting it either to application controlled or the auto settings to your taste, this is useful if you play alot diffirent games. You can set all the options to your taste, but I noticed whenever I changed the openGL I had my textures wrong in Source games.
