4890 overclock

hey everyone got my new 4890 after the old one was faulty under warranty, i can overclock my new 4890 to 930mhz core and 1030mhz on the memory, i test it, fine, no problems whatsoever, so when i go to benchmark using 3dmark, screen goes black and cannot get the picture back, cant alt tab cant ctrl alt delete. nothing, have to reset it and then it is fine. Any ideas? havent had a chance to try during gaming really but will give it a go later on, just really annoying as i really wanna see how my comp performs with the new card

are u using 64 bit or 32 bit windows, cause i had the same problem. had to switch to 32 bit.

im using 32bit, i have tried 64 as well though, i think i have yet another faulty xfx card! really sucks! such a great card, but both have failed on me now! i was playing hawx earlier and screen was covered in artifacts! have told xfx that if the next card i get isnt sorted, i will never go with them again!

i think you O'C too much !!! did you do like GPU stress ? OCCT V 3.0.1 has GPU Stability Test and is free

yeah i tested using ccc after every 5mhz and furmark after every 10, worked fine, reported no errors, i followed overclocking guides and xfx's own advice to the letter with both cards that i have had
