Help with Asus MB Driver question

Ok so I just built my frist comp and I got the OS up and running and now I am installing drivers. When I go to install the stuff from the dist that came with my motherbord there are like 9 thinks for it ito install. It installed the first thing (norton antivirus), rebooted, then moved on to the next thing which is Intel Chipset Inf Update Program and once that is done it reboots again but this time while booting it asks me to insert a disk driver. What is this? Do I need it? If not how do I get around it? Any info on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
