Hello,
I own a nec mitsubishi diamond pro 2070 sb super bright diamond tron 22'' monitor. It's resolution is roughly 2500x 1500 at 85 hertz it is a professional monitor. However it only has 2 vga connections(2x Mini D-sub: 15 pin) on the back and is connected to a 8800 gtx nvidia with dual dvi connections and i believe an s- video port.

My question is If i bought a blue ray dvd rom and tried to play blu ray through the vga connections what is the max res i would get? I would like to get a good 720p signal. I am not sure if theres another way of doing this either?
