i just finish buliding my gaming pc.i have a 9850 b.e.,gigabyte ga-ma78gm-s2h board,4 gigs of a-data pc6400 memory dual channel,nvidia 9800gt sc,650 antec earthwatts psu,and win xp pro 32bit.my question is why does it seem a little slow compared to the 5200+ i had?it takes too long to load simple things like the web pages or when i open things on my hdd?should i change boards or processor or change to vista?if the board what is the best full atx mobo under $120?if processor what?intel Q6600?
