yeah there is something wrong somewhere. try reinstalling to the newest version of CPU-z if you haven't already. If it still says it, then yes it is an error, because that would destroy a CPU.
If I'm not mistaken the E2220 is not a common model, but one only used in retail pc sales, which would make it a low priority to be compatible with for CPU-Z so don't worry about it, any modern processor running at 2.6 vCore and you would know (breakfast on a heatsink anyone?)
@OP: Make sure you have the latest CPUZ. Latest is 1.48. Also just a note, I had a smiler problem with CPUZ on a Dell during the P4 era, CPUZ said the vCore was 5v, lol.

Yeah i installed it today, and it is 1.48. Must be a bug. I'm not raising concern publisher, i'm asking if this could be a bug in CPU-Z. Thanks everyone.
