Disable Paging Executive

This is a entry in the registry . Should I enable it or disable ? When disable, it forces NT executive files to be loaded in to RAM rather than swapfile inturn leading to faster O/S response.

I have it set to "1" in the registry, so as to use RAM first, then pagefile.
