Better than a Ati radeon 1950pro at its normal clocks?

The 8600gt might be a bit better but the difference isn't huge.

ATI HD X1950 may do a little better but the difference isnt very much

The 1950Pro is generally faster. Right now though it doesn't make sense to get either, just go with a Radeon 4670.
