Hello everyone, building a new computer, and wanted to be sure that everything i researched would work together, and any other tips i could possibly get, any advice would be greatly appreciated :D

Either choice is good.

Look for deals on 8800GT. There have been a few lately, and 8800GT is slightly faster, over all.

Make sure you have an adequate PSU ;)

both boards (the one i listed and hte one you linked) will support both the cpu and memory?
Also what watts do you recommend for the PSU?

Yes, I think the P43 will have a few more features and will be less likely to need a BIOS update.

Very good price after rebate... there are a very few lower wattage PSUs that will work, but this one costs less.
