AMD socket AM3 motherboards released ?

well it might be old news to some of you guys but to me its a surprise

an AMD "AM3" 790fx motherboard, I thought they wern't released yet ?

actually i don't see any difference between this and the AM2+ board specs in regard to dd2 1066 and HT speeds...strange

I dont know about whether that is accurate or not, but one thing is for sure...

I hope amd releases the phenom 2 sooner than later.

My wife is majoring in digital media and im going to build a new phenom 2 for myself and give her my intel.

I always get excited when i get to build a new computer and overclock etc etc

Its an advertising mistake. The Jetway board is just Socket AM2+ that will support AM3 CPUs, which someone at Newegg apparently confused as being Socket AM3 board. Or maybe someone at Jetway provided the wrong information to Newegg. Either way, nothing to see here...
