New wireless card needed

I have a HP pavilion dv7-1245dx laptop. I has a built in Network Mini PCIe Laptop Wireless Card that supports a/b/g. I purchased a Netgear N wireless router and a RangeMax Wireless-N USB Adapter WN111v2 for the laptop. Naturally the kids knocked the usb on the side of the couch and now the connection keeps going on and off. I have looked online and found a WiFi Link 5100 802.11a/b/g/Draft-N Network Mini PCIe Laptop Wireless Card here-> [url=http://www.getpartsonline.com/480985-001.html][/url]. I dont know how much power it broadcasts with and also it is very inexpensive. Is it junk or just a good deal? If anyone has some advise or a recommendation please let me know.
