Overclocking for dummies!

I've just recently, today, built a new computer for my self. It includes an AMD 720 BE, an ASUS M4A78T-E 790GX, 4 gigs of OCZ DDR3 1600 Urban Ops ram, and a Zalman 92 mm copper fan. I've always wanted to start overclocking, but when I looked at the BIOS settings, I found it to be extremely complicated and daunting. Has anyone overclocked a 720 BE on one of these boards that can hold my hand through this ordeal?

I have no experience with overclocking AMD chips, but googling "overclocking amd 720" gave me a lot of hits.
