Im looking at a new rig and the only makers who have 1g 4870s out that I trust at all are sapphire, diamond, and gigabyte.

Diamond has a 1 year warranty, sapphire 2, and gigabyte 3.

Theyre all virtually the exact price so which is my best bet ?

I went with Diamond myself, I think it'll come down to which you prefer mainly, also which warranty you feel best going with. I heard from a couple too many people that Sapphire wasn't the right way to go, but that has just been talk of corse. Best of luck choosing.
