Installing windows XP from a flash drive

Hello,
I have a old laptop. XP is corrupted and wants to reinstall. My DVD drive is not working. In BIOS, there is no option to change the boot order from external drive/usb drive. How to install the XP? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Type in google your request there are plenty sources out there!

If you still have problems and following guides off net does not help I'll try to help you then.
