Overclocking a Phenom II

i would like to overclock my 920 to a very high level but i dont know how, i would like to know every single thing that i would have to put in the bios. I have good cooling so that wont be a problem. I also have a biostar ta790gxb a2+ and an asus m3a78-t, which one would be best for overclocking.

amd phenom II x4 920
sapphire hd5850
4gb ddr2 1066
biostar ta790gxb a2+
bfg 550w psu

i find it funny that they happen to overclock them with "MY" motherboard, thanks for the reply
