Weird ghost hard drive or something? Help.

So out of no where this odd Q:\ drive pops up in "computer". Device manager doesn't see it or anything and I can't access it. How can I get rid of it? Here's a pic.

Well that should be for the external usb drive.. C: is for the internal drive,

Since your computer says there is no space on it I am pretty sure that means that it isn't formatted for windows properly, how did u set up the usb drive?? do u use it just for backup?
